Our story began in Cihangir in 2012 with an Aegean breakfast and local flavours. Since 2017, it has continued in Kaş with our Day / Night / Flavour motto. Every year, we travel across Türkiye to meet small local producers and seek out exceptional ingredients.
Our menu brings together touches of Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean, alongside an Aegean breakfast enriched with wild herbs and signature drinks made without additives or syrups. Rather than belonging to a single regional cuisine, we prefer to present fine ingredients with our own signature, pair each dish with a wine that suits its spirit and place pleasure at the centre of the table. We call it Pleasure Dining.
In winter, we make our preserves, cure our olives and prepare our pickles. We dry the bergamot used to perfume our tea and prepare fruit blends for our signature drinks.
